How the method is structured

  • STUDY: finding out more about the client and the company’s product, and above all taking a closer, comprehensive look at that specific goods sector on the Brazilian market.

    This stage, involving the collection of data and information, is in all cases the first essential step towards identifying the situation and the conditions of the market we seek to enter, both to confirm opportunities for access and to identify the potential relationship between the product and the market.

  • PLANNING: once the elements in the study have been collected and analysed, it is time to define and agree upon a strategy, detailing the actions to be carried out, the human resources required, any local partners, the costs involved and possible return on investment: in other words, everything that allows us to define the beginning, the continuation and the conclusion of the start-up operation, with detailed costs and defined timescales for every stage, so that the implementation of the project can be controlled and verified. The aim of this monitoring process is to allow for any necessary adjustments to be made while the project is in progress.

  • APPLICATION: once the pertinent legal procedures have been observed regarding confidentiality letters, letters of intent, or actual contractual agreements where necessary, the strategic operational plan will be implemented, as developed and agreed upon with the client. The operations identified, by applying the appropriate tactics, will allow for corrective measures to be taken, reducing risks and/or investments to a minimum.

  • REVIEW: in other words, constant, dynamic monitoring of progress and the partial achievement of the targets set, taking account of timescales and other variables.

  • MANAGEMENT (GESTIONE): the stage resulting from the implementation of the project. This allows us to provide support for the control process, essentially by verifying the reliability of the strategic model created.

  • RE-ASSESSMENT & ANALYSIS: in essence, verifying the achievement of targets, considering timescales and other variables. It is at this stage that any structural intervention required will take place, both as a corrective measure and, in particular, to schedule and reach future targets.

For all stages of the project subsequent to the study and analysis of the market, we develop suitable strategies and tactics, providing clients with the expertise and human resources required, from the implementation of the project to the achievement of the objectives.
